The EPSRC Programme Grant on "Energy Materials: Computational Solutions" is hosting its second one-day open meeting on Thursday 17th September (10.30am start) at the University of Bath.

Dr Piers Barnes (Imperial College, London) - Perovskite Solar Cells
Prof. Robert Freer (University of Manchester) - Materials for Thermoelectrics
Prof. Clare Grey (University of Cambridge) - Lithium battery materials
Prof. John Irvine (University of St Andrews) - Materials for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells

Travel and Accommodation
The one-day meeting will be held on campus (5 West Building). It will start at 10.30am and finish with a poster session and drinks reception (5.30 to 6.30pm).
If delegates require accommodation they should book it directly. Hotels include: Hilton Hotel, Parade Park Hotel, Premier Inn Bath. For other options, you can find a range of accommodation on the Visit Bath website.
This meeting will cover experimental and computational work on recent developments and new materials for solar cells, lithium batteries, solid oxide fuel cells and thermoelectric devices. Topics being explored include atomistic and electronic processes within bulk materials, nano-structures and at surfaces/interfaces.
